WHAT IS UNI–LINK?

Uni-link is a degree–link programme with opportunities for ABERDEEN COLLEGE students to gain an Honours degree with the ROBERT GORDON UNIVERSITY. It is mainly offered on a 2+2 basis where students successfully completing a College HND qualification can gain entry to the third year of a relevant four year honours degree*.

In addition, there are also opportunities for HNC students to progress directly into second year and for those studying an Access course e.g. Access to Nursing, to gain entry to the first year of the appropriate RGU degree course.

Who is it for?

Uni–link is of particular value to people who have few qualifications, have been away from education for a time but now realise they have the potential for further study, or who lack the initial confidence needed to embark directly on a university degree course.

By studying at College for the first two years, people of all ages get the support they need, the qualifications required to enter a degree course and the time to build up their confidence to enable them to move on to complete a first degree at the UK's top vocational university – all without losing any time.

* In some cases conditions may apply (e.g. interview or portfolio submission)
